grappa
Grappa is a brandy obtained by distilling the pomace of grapes harvested and vinified exclusively in Italy. According to the duration of aging, a Young, Aromatic, Aged and Aged Riserva grappa is distinguished. The last two remain to refine for more than 12 months and for more than 18 months in wood. Depending on the type, grappa is the ideal match with spices or chocolate desserts, if aged in cask, or with fruit and semifreddo desserts, in the case of aromatic herbs.
