Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is a consortium of cooperative wineries that, since 1950, has been enhancing its heritage of terroir and products on the national and international wine scene. With the construction of the new winery and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, Cavit inaugurated, also thanks to the collaboration with the Istituto Enologico di San Michele all'Adige (Fondazione Edmund Mach), the Il Maso winemaking project with prestigious products linked to well-defined territories.
One of Cavit's most famous wines is certainly the Muller Thurgau Cuvée Speciale, which has shown how this Trentino company has achieved excellence even in sparkling wines. This bubbly surprises with its freshness and aromaticity, achieved thanks to the sparkling process using the Charmat Method of an aromatic grape like Muller Thurgau, grown in vineyards up to 800 meters high, which finds its maximum expression in the Trentino Alto Adige terroir.
Perfect for accompanying the aperitif moment, this label is also exceptional with important dishes based on shellfish and mollusks.
