Conti Thun has its headquarters on the shores of Lake Garda, in what is considered the Italian Provence because here the climate is mitigated by the proximity to the lake, which like a Mediterranean between the Alps guarantees a particular microclimate, made up of mild winters and cool summers. . This area is particularly happy for the rosé wines which here acquire a nice flavor and an excellent balance between acidity and sweetness, with a surprising versatility of matching, from vegetables, to cheeses, but also fish and meat.
Conti Thun obtains from its grapes excellent rosé but also excellent white wines born from the union of Incontro Manzoni and Riesling, as well as a very interesting Riviera del Garda Classico Valtènesi DOC, in this case from the red berried grapes of Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino. The range is completed by an exciting sparkling wine, and not just for the name, Bolle di Gioia.
