The Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Pinot Nero Rosé Brut Oltrenero Cruasé comes from a single vineyard located in the municipality of Zenevredo, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After a short maceration, fermentation continues for 12 days at 18 °C, followed by maturation on the fine lees.
