A large number of these varieties grow on chalky, skeletal soils, evoking the history of the families who over the years preserved a precious winemaking heritage.

The result is fascinating, aromatic wines such as Syrah Butirah (94 pt LM) with its aromas of mature red fruit and light peppery notes typical of the varietal. Also expressive, the Grillo Diamanti which exudes freshness with citrus notes and intense aromas of white flowers and Mediterranean maquis. Not forgetting the Amìra (91 pt JS), a complex and elegant Nero d'Avola, ideal for your summer barbecues!
