We are in 1914 when Giuseppe Kettmeir starts a small sparkling wine tradition in the Caldaro area. With the arrival of Santa Margherita Gruppo Vinicolo in 1986, a more modern production was introduced, oriented to the potential of the Classic Method and inspired by careful oenological precision.
The experimentation led in 2000 to the creation of Athesis (4 Grappoli Bibenda) , the Brut Rosé Classic Method with hints of raspberry and bread crust. Intense and authentic also the Pas Dosé with hints of citrus, white flowers and ginger, followed by the Athesis Brut which, opening with a fine perlage, accompanies the yellow fruit with intense aromas of yeast and long persistence. Unsurpassed interpretation of mountain flavors and aromas.
