Pasqua is a historic winery from Verona, in Valpolicella, founded in 1925 by the Pasqua brothers under the name Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine. In 2025 the company celebrated its centenary: a century of history and know-how handed down from generation to generation, interpreted with a bold spirit and a constant drive for innovation.
Today the company is led by the third generation, with president Umberto Pasqua and his sons Riccardo, CEO, Alessandro, at the helm of Pasqua USA, and Andrea, head of business development. The company manifesto, "House of the Unconventional", sums up the values of boldness, experimentation and curiosity that animate the family, convinced that it is possible to preserve tradition and innovate at the same time. In 2023 Wine Enthusiast named Pasqua "Innovator of the Year".
The range spans from the great reds of Valpolicella to Veneto wines: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Valpolicella Ripasso and Valpolicella DOC in the Famiglia Pasqua, Black Label and Cascina San Vincenzo lines, alongside Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Morago wines. Among the iconic labels stand out Mai Dire Mai, an Amarone awarded the Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso, and creative projects such as Hey French, 11 Minutes and Y by 11 Minutes. Alongside these are the special projects House of Smith, created with Charles Smith, and Sangue d'Oro; in 2025 Pasqua also acquired Carole Bouquet's wine project on Pantelleria.
The commitment to sustainability translates into reduced energy consumption and packaging, and into Equalitas certification, alongside ISO, BRC, IFS and organic certifications. Art is another source of inspiration, with collaborations with international artists and support for exhibitions dedicated to eco-photography.
Veronese tradition and an international outlook make Pasqua one of the most dynamic names in Valpolicella.
