Located in the heart of Tuscany, the Barbanera winery was founded in 1938 by Altero and Maria Franceschini with the now-achieved goal of creating a solid and successful wine company. An ambition that still burns today in the fourth generation's heart: the family passion for wine has now formed a complex selection of wines that reflects their dedication and that has taken importance in Tuscan great wines' representation worldwide.

These include: the Toscana IGT Octoginta 2017, an olfactive tsunami of blueberry, wild blackberry and fruits under spirit that will only be enhanced when paired with roast venison, as well as the Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2018, with its broad and persistent bouquet of violets and wild berries accompanied by elegant notes of tobacco, while its tannicity, which stems from a long ageing in barrels process, is in perfect harmony with its elegant character. Finally, the Special Selection wines, made from slightly dried grapes and presenting a warm but silky mouthfeel, cannot fail to intrigue even the most experienced tasters.
