Trento DOC
We've reached the end of the year: time for rankings!
For Vino com, the appellation of the year is Trentodoc. This prestigious designation from Trentino identifies traditional method sparkling wines produced exclusively in the mountainous territory of the province of Trento from grapes such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Meunier.
The magic of Trentodoc arises from the encounter between suitable grape varieties, high altitudes, significant thermal excursions, and a long-established tradition in bottle-fermented sparkling wine production. Their gastronomic versatility is one of the qualities most loved by enthusiasts.
