The magic of Trentodoc arises from the encounter between suitable grape varieties, high altitudes, significant thermal excursions, and a long-established tradition in bottle-fermented sparkling wine production. The climatic conditions and mineral-rich soils allow for wines of great finesse, freshness, and longevity.

The result is sparkling wines with a fine and persistent perlage featuring elegant aromas of citrus, apple, white flowers, bread crust, and mineral notes. On the palate, they show balance, structure, and a vibrant energy that makes them ideal for refined aperitifs, fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, and even aged cheeses. Their gastronomic versatility is one of the qualities most loved by enthusiasts.

The main types of the Trentodoc designation:

  • Trentodoc Millesimato – made from grapes of a single vintage, more complex and rich
  • Trentodoc Riserva – minimum aging of 36 months on the lees, elegant and persistent
  • Trentodoc Rosé – based on Pinot Noir with fruity notes and great finesse
  • Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero – no added sugars, pure and vibrant
