The magic of Trentodoc is born from the meeting of suitable grape varieties, high altitudes, significant temperature variations, and a well-established tradition in bottle fermentation sparkling wine production. The climatic conditions and mineral-rich soils allow for the creation of wines with great finesse, freshness, and longevity.

The result is sparkling wines with a fine and persistent perlage, exhibiting elegant aromas of citrus, apple, white flowers, bread crust, and mineral notes.
