Four estates in the Trapani countryside, in addition to the two on the island of Favignana and Etna. Welcome to Firriato, a family business born from the dream of Salvatore Di Gaetano, who in the early eighties sensed the enormous potential of Sicilian enology, becoming one of the most appreciated interpreters on a national and international level. Years of work and commitment, recognized by international awards and by the unanimous consent of consumers: Firriato is among the first wineries to be the interpreter of a new image of Sicilian wines, recognized and highly appreciated also abroad.

Their secret is a deep-rooted respect for the environment, of which the winery is the spokesperson: the terroir is the most indissoluble link of a land with viticulture, which in Sicily in particular, gives unique emotions, when the grape itself takes on characteristics unrepeatable. The winery receives recognition not only for the quality of its wines, but also for its commitment to protecting the environment: it is the first in Italy to be certified as Carbon Neutral for having totally canceled its greenhouse gas footprint on the environment. Their wines, Nero d'Avola Harmonium, Santagostino or Quater Vitis (Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso in the current year) are an expression of this. As well as Camelot, (90 pt LM), a Bordeaux blend from Casa Firriato, a highly prized blend of two French vines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Wines that masterfully represent the land from which they are born.
