A combination of British gin and delicate oriental flavors , Jinzu is a creation by the English bartender Dee Davies, who took inspiration from his trip to Japan to create a unique recipe that quickly became a cult among the new generation gins .

Perfected by the master distiller of Tanqueray, it is produced by distillation in traditional copper stills starting from the cherry blossom and yuzu citrus botanicals, to which is added a final touch of sake , which adds a soft and round taste to the distillate.
