J. Hofstätter

One of the largest secular companies in South Tyrol , J. Hofstätter is a project that embodies the highest quality and elegance of the South Tyrolean territory, now in its fourth generation under the guidance of Martin Foradori Hofstätter.

The estate extends to the east and west of the Adige river valley , thus taking advantage of a variety of altitudes, exposures and microclimates that covers the entire range of the Bassa Atesina and that has led to the definition of optimal growth areas for both white grape varieties than for red grape ones . The use of separate winemaking, particle by particle , ultimately allows us to bring out the " best expression of each vineyard ", as Paolo Foradori, Martin's father, was keen to support.

Paolo owes not only the strengthening of the link with the vineyard of origin, which is reported on the label, like a French Cru , but above all the work done in the Mazon plateau, making it a sacred temple of the Pinot Noir grape and place particularly appreciated by fans from all over Italy.
