The nose is intense, with aromas of white and yellow fruit, peach, plum, apricot, as well as toasted notes. The sip is fresh and balanced.

The Blanc de Noirs Réservée, on the other hand, is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, and appears in the glass in a pale golden yellow colour, with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is intense, with aromas of white fruit and small berries.

Finally, Champagne Cuvée Réservée Rosé is composed of a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier, red wine, plus 20-40% reserve wines. Pale pink in colour, it expresses itself on the nose with delicate hints of red rose, strawberry, raspberry, as well as toasted notes.
