The nose is intense, with aromas of white and yellow fruit, peach, plum, apricot, as well as toasted notes. The sip is fresh and balanced.

The Blanc de Noirs Réservée , on the other hand, is composed of a blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier, appearing in the glass with a pale golden yellow color, with a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose is intense, with aromas of white fruit and small berries.

Finally, the Champagne Cuvée Réservée Rosé is composed of a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Meunier, red wine, plus 20-40% reserve wines. Pale pink in colour, it expresses itself on the nose with delicate hints of red rose, strawberry, raspberry, as well as toasted notes.
