The San Silvestro winery is located in Novello, in the heart of Barolo. Here, Paolo and Guido Sartirano carry on with wisdom and respect for traditions the history of a company that for four generations has been one with that of the family. The Sartirano family has made the principles of consistency, typicality and innovation the cornerstones of its business, creating wines that reflect the typicality of this unique area in the world.

You sip with pleasure the bubbles of Alta Langa , a classic 30-month method on the lees, the same for Roero Arneis , full, balanced, excellent to accompany Asian dishes or fish. A classic is the Barolo Ruj , with fruity and toasted aromas, exquisite to accompany roast meats.
