Founded in 1912, at the end of the Belle Époque, in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto, in the province of Cuneo, Sordo is a family-run company that has been producing and caring for wines for over a century . The only winery to produce 8 different types of Barolo, in five different municipalities, the motto of this family is to produce wine by listening to nature and following its rhythms, to allow the wine to express itself in all its luxuriance , following its natural process of evolution and maturation. The flagship wine of the range is the Barolo Rocche di Castiglione with its hints of licorice, mint and ripe red fruit, which leave space with time with hints of resin and sweet spices; very interesting and awarded is Barolo Gabutti , a wine with great aging potential, it will be a pleasure to forget it in the cellar to taste it in a few years .
