Born as a project capable of "redefining taste," the winery made a breakthrough with its first wine, The Prisoner: a complex blend of some of California's most unusual grapes that, over twenty years ago, permanently changed the perception of red blends. The philosophy is to push the boundaries of tradition while keeping creativity and quality at the center.

The aesthetic and value inspiration is rooted in art: a series of works by Francisco Goya, read as a visual protest against injustices and brutality, still guides the company’s vision and mission today. The idea is that wine, imagination, and critical attitude can coexist in a contemporary and identity language.

The range of wines explores "rule-bending" styles and interpretations: reds, whites, rosés, and sparklings with provocative labels and bold characters. At the center is The Prisoner Red Blend, now an icon of the brand: a blend that combines Zinfandel with Petite Sirah, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec, demonstrating a creative approach that seeks depth and complexity without sacrificing balance.
