White wines

You are either born a white wine lover, or you become one. In fact, you can appreciate wines more for their lightness or freshness, and therefore their acidity, than for the structure and the more or less integrated tannin typical of a red. Or it's just a matter of occasion or pairing. With due exceptions, white wine is the perfect drink for an aperitif, especially when you don't love bubbles very much, ideal to accompany traditionally light dishes such as white meats, fish, or vegetables.
