Galicia, located in the far northwest of Spain, is a unique wine region dominated by the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, abundant rainfall, and soils rich in granite and schist. This combination results in wines of extraordinary freshness, minerality, and savoriness—rare qualities elsewhere on the Iberian Peninsula.
