Moscato d'Asti
Moscato d'Asti is a sweet and aromatic wine produced in the Piedmont region, known for its sparkling and aromatic character. Made from Moscato Bianco grapes, this wine is characterised by its floral notes of white peach, apricot and citrus fruits, accompanied by a low alcohol content that makes it fresh and delicate. It is a symbol of Piedmontese tradition and is appreciated worldwide for its elegance and versatility.
Thanks to its sweetness and bubbles, Moscato d'Asti pairs perfectly with fruit desserts, cream cakes, apricot tarts and typical desserts such as panettone. However, it can also be surprising as an aperitif, accompanying fresh cheeses, delicate cured meats or foie gras canapés. Its acidity balances sweet and fatty flavours, creating a harmonious contrast that enhances every mouthful.
