Bonconsey wines are perfectly harmonious and able to convey the winemaking identity of Trentino. Illustrious examples are the two whites, the Gewürztraminer (95 pt Maroni) , fresh and fragrant, and the Sauvignon Blanc (91 pt Gardini) , which clearly recalls mountain herbs. The flagship of the production are the Trentodoc Brut bubbles (93 pt Maroni) , with 30 months of aging, the Pas Dosé (91 pt Gardini) and the Pas Dosé Riserva (92 pt Gardini) , sparkling wines of great freshness and with a truly seductive.
