Description

The Bourgogne Chardonnay by Marthe Henry is a dry white wine produced in Meursault, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. Made from Chardonnay grapes from selected parcels, this wine reflects the winemaker's commitment to highlighting the terroir through a low-intervention approach.

Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by aging in used oak barrels, with no fining or invasive filtration, in order to preserve the wine's purity and expressiveness.

On the nose, there are hints of juicy pear, lemon zest, and white flowers, with a subtle buttery touch. On the palate, the wine offers vibrant freshness, pronounced minerality, and balanced structure, with a long, elegant finish.

Ideal paired with fish-based dishes or soft cheeses.
