Description

The Sancerre from Domaine Vacheron originates from vineyards located in the eastern part of the Loire, opposite the Pouilly-Fumé area. It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from vines growing on extremely mineral-rich, flint-laden soils.

The winemaking process is carried out to preserve the fruit's expressiveness in the wine, which matures exclusively in steel for at least 6 months before bottling.

In appearance, it shows a straw yellow color with some greenish highlights. Its aroma reveals citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, with a herbal trail and a subtle hint of white pepper. On the palate, it is straightforward, making a direct entrance and revealing a savory streak of great finesse. Good body and persistence complete the sip.

Ideal for accompanying appetizers, soups, minestrone, or sea bream cooked "all'acquapazza".
