Hunawihr's Vin d'Alsace Pinot Blanc was born in vineyards located in the Haut-Rhin area, in France.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C for 3 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months on the fine lees, before being bottled.
