This Rosso di Toscana by La Poderina is produced near Castelnuovo dell'Abate, not far from Montalcino. The predominant grape is Sangiovese, with the addition of various international grape varieties.
The harvest is manual and is done at the end of September. Fermentation with maceration takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24-26 °C) with daily pumping over and délestage. After racking, the wine is transferred to steel to complete its ageing.

It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration for 10-12 days, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C. The wine completes its refinement in steel, before bottling.
