The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato Della Staffa by Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari is born in vineyards located in the historic Prosecco production area, the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, in Veneto.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, selected in the oldest vineyards. After the soft pressing and careful vinification in white, at the controlled temperature of 20 ° C, the slow foaming phase begins.

Prosecco Della Staffa is a wine created to maintain the typical fragrance characteristics of the grape to the maximum. It is characterized by an intense straw yellow color and the nose opens with a rich and complex bouquet that presents fruity hints and aromas of bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and creamy, with good vivacity. The finish repeats the fruity notes, combined with pleasant floral aromas.
