Description

It stands as an important Rum and indeed it is. It matures for 9 years in ex-bourbon and ex-cognac barrels, thus becoming a distillate embellished by time and wood, which have been able to enhance its intriguing features.

Amber, intense and bright. Like its perfume, which can be complex and attractive. Remember candied orange peel, dried fruit and shortcrust pastry. The taste is soft, robust and balanced by the very fine fresh tension.

Perfect to sip on its own or, possibly, accompanied by the highest quality dark chocolate.
