Description

Amanda Toy from Santero comes from white berried grapes, softly pressed and sent to a controlled temperature fermentation. Then follows fermentation in autoclave for 15-20 days according to the Charmat Method.

Straw yellow color sparkling wine with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, it opens to the nose with an intense and aromatic bouquet of floral and fruity hints. On the palate it is sweet, fresh, with a good consistency.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish and white meats.
