Description
This Aglianico del Salento by Notte Rossa pays homage to the vineyards of Salento, kissed by the bright sun and caressed by the magical sea breeze. The vinification takes place in the traditional way, only in steel.
Intense ruby red, it has a splendid olfactory bouquet in which hints of berries, tobacco and sweet spices are recognized. In the mouth it is soft and full-bodied, with soft tannins and a good structure.
Ideal to combine with red meats and aged cheeses, it is indicated in the company of mushroom-based first courses.
