Description
The Alto Adige Chardonnay di Cortaccia is born in the vineyards located in the hilly areas of Cortaccia and Salorno, on the Wine Route, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. The considerable lowering of temperature to which the grapes are subjected during the night gives the wine an elegant and unmistakable aroma.
It is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with hints of banana, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of gingerbread. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, fruity and balanced.
Perfect to accompany light appetizers and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
