Description

The Alto Adige Chardonnay Pichl by Kurtatsch Cortaccia was born in the homonymous Pichl vineyard, located on a limestone slope facing south-west in the steep hamlet of Penone.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of banana, enriched with elegant hints of vanilla, sponge cake and dried fruit. On the palate it is fiery and pleasantly fresh. The wine has a pleasant lemon zest aroma, accompanied by light balsamic aromas.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
