Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Müller-Thurgau Dola 2016 Pfitscher

The Müller Thurgau Dola di Pftscher was born in vineyards located in Langefeld, in the municipality of Montagna, a wonderful village located on the eastern side of the Bassa Atesina.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in contact with the yeasts, before being bottled. The Pfitscher wines express the true essence of the cellar, reflecting the nature and passion of the winemaker and the extreme care in all the details of the winemaking.

It is characterized by a greenish yellow color, with straw reflections. The nose opens with an elegant and delicate fruity bouquet, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of nutmeg, walnuts and stone fruit. On the palate it shows a bewitching lightness and a slight and amiable acidity, proposes a good fruity and slightly sapid vein on the finish.

This great Muller Thurgau is to be drunk in the first years of life. Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes. Extremely suitable for a romantic evening.
