Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Müller Thurgau Graun 2016 Cortaccia

The Alto Adige Müller Thurgau Graun of Kurtatsch Cortaccia was born in vineyards located in Corona, in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers before being bottled.

The Graun is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of apricot, white peach and summer apple, enriched with pleasant flavors of alpine herbs, pears and yellow plums. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, slightly sweet and with an extraordinary mineral finesse.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
