Description
The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco di Cortaccia was born in the vineyards located in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Wine Route, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Blanc grapes, which develop their qualities at their best on the fresh slopes where they are grown.
This Pinot Blanc is characterized by a straw yellow and greenish color. The nose opens with fresh hints of apple and pear, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and pleasantly lively, with a pronounced acidity.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and light appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
