Description
The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco di Cortaccia is born in the vineyards located in the hilly area of Cortaccia, on the Strada del Vino, in the province of Bolzano.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes, which develop their best qualities on the cool slopes where they are grown.
This Pinot Bianco is characterized by a straw yellow and greenish color. The nose opens with fresh hints of apple and pear, enriched by pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and pleasantly lively, with a pronounced acidity.
Perfect to accompany light appetizers and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
