Description

Franz Haas' Alto Adige Pinot Noir was born in the vineyards located on the hills of Mazzon, Pinzano, Gleno and Montagna.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks in contact with the skins, with frequent pumping over and punching down. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique at controlled temperature for 12 months before being bottled.

This Pinot Noir is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of morello cherries and raspberries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of marzipan, cloves and cinnamon. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins that make it harmonious and round.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with fish and roast dishes.
