Description
The Valle Isarco Riesling of Pacher Hof was born in vineyards located on the slopes of the Pacher Hof estate in Novacella, in the heart of South Tyrol.
It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 10 months and for a further period in the bottle before being placed on the market.
This Riesling is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a floral bouquet, enriched with fruity hints of peaches, apricots and green apples. On the palate it is intense and elegant, with a pleasant aromatic aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and vegetable dishes.
