Description

Anjou Rouge is a red wine produced in France by Trésors de Loire with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Loire Valley region, in the Anjou-Saumur area.

Vinification takes place in steel tanks to enhance the fruitiness and preserve the varietal freshness, while aging contributes to balance the tannins and gives aromatic depth to the wine.

It presents a ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruit, woody notes, and a hint of anise. On the palate, it is smooth at the beginning, then more structured and velvety, with a finish enriched by spices and blackberry.

Perfect with roasts, mushroom-based dishes, or semi-hard cheeses.
