Antico Liquorvino Amarascato (Ala) Duca di Salaparuta

Duca di Salaparuta's Antico Liquorvino Amarascato is a flavored red wine made by Duke Enrico in homage to his wife Sonia, as a combination with his favorite food: chocolate.

It is produced with a selection of Sicilian red wines, aged for a long time in oak barrels and then flavored with a precious infusion of morello leaves.

It is characterized by a garnet red color with amber reflections. The nose opens with an intense and ethereal bouquet, with hints of morello cherry and hints of almond. On the palate it is sweet, warm and velvety, with a pleasantly bitter finish.

Perfect to accompany pure chocolate, this flavored red wine is ideal in combination with dry pastries, in particular with almond sweets.
