Roero DOCG Arneis 2016 Tenimenti Ca' Bianca
Description
Tenimenti Ca 'Bianca's Roero Arneis was born in the splendid hilly vineyards of the Piedmontese company, between Monferrato and the Langhe.
This wine is produced entirely with Arneis grapes, a typical Piedmont white grape variety. The refinement phase takes place in steel, where the wine remains for about 5 months before being bottled.
Tenimenti Ca 'Bianca's Roero Arneis is characterized by a straw yellow color with beautiful golden reflections. The nose dominates the scene with floral notes of chamomile and broom, with sensations of peach and white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it shows an elegant overall structure which leads to an intense and aromatic finish.
It goes perfectly with fresh cheeses, fish and shellfish, it is excellent for the aperitif and as a companion for appetizers and vegetables.
