Description

Sabri Barbera d'Asti is produced by Batasiolo, owned by the Dogliani family, who have been making wine in the Langhe for over four decades.

This wine is made from 100% Barbera grapes, which are destemmed and fermented for 10 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged partly in French oak barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks.

With a garnet red color, it offers aromas of red fruit with woody and vegetal notes on the nose. The palate is fresh and intense, with excellent persistence.

Perfect when paired with cured meat appetizers, pasta with meat sauce, and grilled red meat.
