Bardolino Chiaretto DOC 2014 Bellora
Description
The Bardolino Chiaretto of Tenuta di Naiano was born in the vineyards located in the hilly area of Lake Garda, in the province of Verona.
It is produced 50% with Corvina Veronese grapes, 30% with Rondinella grapes and 15% with Molinara grapes, harvested only by hand around the first half of September. The grapes undergo a soft pressing and a cryo-maceration on the skins at 10 ° C for about 12/24 hours. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C for about 10 days with periodic daily pumping over. Subsequently the wine ages for 2 months in bottle.
This Bardolino Chiaretto is characterized by a delicate pink color, reminiscent of the peach blossom. The nose opens with floral hints, enriched with delicate notes of berries. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity, with a light body and with a fresh acidity and flavor.
Perfect for accompanying pizza, it is ideal in combination with lake fish dishes in delicate cooking.
