Description

Bardolino Chiaretto Classico by Guerrieri Rizzardi is a wine of historical tradition, created in 1896, and born in vineyards located on the heights of Cavion, in the heart of the classic area of Bardolino DOC.

It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, Sangiovese, Molinara and Negrara grapes, fermented in white. The must remains in contact with the skins for a few hours, about 12, the time necessary to obtain the desired color nuance and the wine ages in steel tanks and vitrified concrete before bottling.

This Bardolino Chiaretto Classico is a rosé wine full of charm, with a slight scent of flowers with hints of strawberry and pleasant notes of citrus. On the palate it is light, with a fair and balanced acidity.

Due to its characteristics, it is ideal in combination with fried fish and vegetables and with light and summer dishes such as pasta and rice salads. Also excellent as an aperitif.
