Description

The Barolo of the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba is produced by the Palladino winery, founded in 1974 in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.

It consists of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine ages in large oak barrels for 24 months.

Ruby red in color with garnet hues, it opens to the nose with aromas of rose and violet, cherry and small red fruits, licorice and spices. The sip is soft and structured, with fine tannins and a good persistence.

Excellent with roasts and braised meats, game and aged cheeses.
