Description

The Barolo DOCG Parusso is obtained from Nebbiolo grapes produced in the various vineyards located in the municipalities of Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto and harvested strictly by hand.

The long maceration on the grapes allows to extract all the aromatic richness of the vine, and the aging in small oak barrels in contact with the yeasts for 18 months allows to obtain a rich and complex Barolo.

The beautiful ruby red, almost garnet, announces a Barolo with rich and complex aromas, with marked floral notes, and a soft and harmonious taste on the palate, rich in red fruit.

A complex wine perfect with dishes rich in taste such as tagliatelle with meat sauce, truffled foods and aged cheeses. Ideal for those who love structured red wines with a fruity taste!
