Description
The Be Lux Chardonnay Spumante Brut by Ca' di Rajo is produced from vineyards located in the province of Treviso.
It is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, which are softly pressed with a brief maceration on the skins. The sparkling process takes place using the long Charmat method, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals on the nose aromas of linden, yellow fruit, citrus, and bread crust. The palate is soft, savory, and structured.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs nicely with carpaccio of meat or fish.
