Description
Beautiful and Strange beer comes from the collaboration of BrewFist and the Dutch De Molen brewery from Piedmont. This Gose also features on the label the fusion of two brassiculture cultures joined together.
It shows a blond color of good intensity. The nose releases intense citrus (with cedar dominating) and spicy aromas. In the mouth it shows a light-bodied beer with a fascinating aroma, thanks to a well-studied and dosed use of hops and malts.
The Beautiful and Strange is elegantly combined with fish dishes and sushi, excellent also as an aperitif and with light appetizers.
