Terre Siciliane IGT Bianco Mosso 2016 Joyful

Bianco Mosso by Joyful is a light and thirst-quenching wine made from native Sicilian white grapes. Fermentation takes place naturally, with indigenous yeasts, followed by secondary fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature in order to preserve the rich aromatic component. Once bottled, the wine remains to refine for 3 months before being placed on the market.

This wine is characterized by an intense yellow color with greenish reflections and a light, very fine and constant effervescence. The sense of smell is a riot of spring and Mediterranean hints that recall the orange blossom and the small white roses. In the mouth it is slightly creamy, succulent and lively.

Suitable as an aperitif, it lends itself well in combination with focaccias, pizzas, but also fresh cheeses and cooked salami.
