Description
The 900 de Blancs Blanc de Blancs Gran Cuvée Extra Dry sparkling wine comes from vineyards located at the foot of the Dolomites, in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area, in the province of Treviso.
It is produced with pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave, according to the Charmat method, with aging on its own yeasts.
The Blanc de Blancs Gran Cuvée Extra Dry of 900 is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with strong aromatic notes and spring flowers. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with a pleasantly rich and fruity taste.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and fish dishes, it is ideal to serve between meals with your friends.
